It is advised to be ready to be picked up by the time mentioned in the booking, a grace period of 10 minutes maximum applies past the scheduled pick-up time. After the designated pick-up time and complimentary grace period of 10 minutes the driver has full rights to leave the site and job, in these cases the transfer will be taken as a No-Show. If clients want our chauffeur to wait for them a little longer, please contact the office immediately to arrange a new pick-up time. (Subject to availability and charges may apply).
